Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a GMP Supervisor Nights in Lebanon, IN. The role oversees activities within the GMP program, supervising company and temporary staff. You will ensure sanitation, OSHA compliance, and SOP adherence across assigned areas.

Responsibilities include training, supervising, coordinating tasks, preparing reports, performing inspections, and maintaining records. Travel may be required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facilities Management or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education, technical training, and experience may be considered.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Train, supervise and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor work activities; recommend training and issue discipline.
• Prepare written reports, such as pass down, and/or weekly/monthly updates.
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Track equipment inventory and schedules maintenance and repair.
• Maintain records of training, inspections, attendance, and metric data.
