Job summary

NEPHRON SC, LLC is seeking a Microbiology R&D Analyst II in Texas to lead research and develop projects for existing and new products. You will validate and transfer methods, perform a range of microbiological tests, and generate compliant cGMP data for clients and health authorities.

The role requires strong verification, documentation, and collaboration with R&D and QC teams to ensure quality and schedule adherence in a GMP environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or Biological Sciences required.
• Master’s Degree in Microbiology and/or a minimum of 3-5 years of previous experience in a cGMP related environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports development, drafting, and execution of investigations, method validations, and/or media fills.
• Performs microbiological tests for R&D and QC Microbiology; handles environmental monitoring related investigations.
• Works in a GMP/cGMP environment and generates cGMP data.
• Plans and executes research and test method development projects for established and new products.
• Participates in programs (cleaning validation, process validation, equipment validation) and reports trends for cleanrooms.
