Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for our Minnesota Operations Facility. The role involves hands-on production tasks for GMP manufacturing and packaging of pharmaceutical products, ensuring adherence to cGMP, GDP, and SOPs.

Documentation accuracy and safety are essential in this fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include assembly, final packaging, inspection, material handling, and operating both manual and automated equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required (or equivalent combination of education/experience).
• 1 year of experience in medical/pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred.
• Must be able to work in a controlled/clean room environment with gowning.
• Strong documentation and data traceability practices are essential.
• Familiarity with SOPs in manufacturing/assembly is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product quality and maintain documentation according to manufacturing and quality requirements.
• Receive and distribute materials within the manufacturing area.
• Operate manual and automated equipment for assembly, final packaging and inspection.
• Move materials within the production area and maintain uninterrupted loading/unloading of materials and assembled devices.
• Interact with automated equipment to monitor inputs/outputs and record setup/run information.
• Complete required training by due dates and follow SOPs/WIs.
• Maintain GDP and cGMP-compliant records and shop floor paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
