Job summary

KBI Biopharma is seeking a MFG Support Associate I/II to execute production activities for media and buffer preparation in a GMP environment. This role requires strict adherence to SOPs, SRs, GDP, GLP and RFT, with ownership of the production process and documentation accuracy.

The ideal candidate will handle materials, operate relevant equipment, and perform CIP procedures to support daily manufacturing operations in a compliant manner.

Qualifications

• Follow SRs (Media/Buffer Solution Records) and SOPs.
• Adhere to GMP, GDP and GLP and Right the First Time (RFT).
• Own production processes and maintain clean, compliant facilities.

Responsibilities

• Dispense raw materials and prepare media/buffers using stainless tanks and single-use bags.
• Perform clean-in-place (CIP) for tanks and auxiliary equipment (pumps, welders, meters).
• Support formulation and execution of media/buffer preparation in GMP environment.
