Job summary

QRC Group, LLC is seeking an Engineer to provide technical support for continuous daily operations in a regulated manufacturing environment. You will troubleshoot, optimize processes, and upgrade equipment to sustain compliant operations, including nights and weekends as needed.

The role requires collaboration with manufacturing, QA, validation and other teams, ensuring adherence to corporate policies and regulatory requirements. Bilingual English/Spanish is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of engineering experience in a regulated environment.
• Experience troubleshooting equipment and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions to technical problems of moderate scope and complexity.
• Function as a technical expert during troubleshooting and cross‑functional discussions.
• Supervise manufacturing processes and mentor operators.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, maintenance, QA and validation teams on upgrades and modifications.
• Support deviations, equipment qualification, process validation and training.
• Apply engineering principles to design and implement system changes.
