Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in biotech/pharmaceutical GMP manufacturing.
• 2+ years in Learning & Development or technical training.
• Strong understanding of GMP, GDP, and ALCOA+ requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee Manufacturing L&D strategy.
• Design and implement training programs.
• Monitor training compliance and effectiveness.
• Support audits and standardize onboarding.
