Job summary

United Pharma seeks an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support and optimize GMP-regulated manufacturing operations in the Life Sciences sector. You will work cross-functionally to streamline processes, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires hands-on GMP experience, a relevant engineering degree, and the ability to collaborate with Quality, Validation, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline is required.
• Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a regulated environment.
• Hands-on experience with GMP manufacturing processes and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize manufacturing processes within a GMP-regulated environment.
• Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes, procedures, and production workflows.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Maintenance and Engineering teams to resolve production issues.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, processes, and operational challenges.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, efficiency improvement and waste reduction.
• Support qualification/validation activities and change-control under GMP requirements.
