Job summary

Hain Celestial Group in Boulder, CO seeks an experienced maintenance technician to troubleshoot, repair and maintain high-speed manufacturing equipment. Responsibilities include upgrading/installing new equipment, electrical work, welding, machining and mechanical tasks while upholding safety, GMP and quality standards.

Shift: Mon–Fri, 6:30am–3:30pm. Starting pay $34.00, with benefits including health coverage, retirement plan and PTO. Must have own tools and be able to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three years in mechanical repair in manufacturing.
• Own hand tools as outlined by Celestial Seasonings.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and repair promptly.
• Perform weekly preventative maintenance.
• Perform rebuilds/upgrades on equipment.
• Assist in installation of new machinery.
• Inspect machines for wear and coordinate repairs.
• Maintain accurate paperwork (shift reports, safety sheets, inventories).
• Report food safety and quality issues and take action.
• Follow GMPs, allergen, quality, sanitation and safety guidelines.
