Job summary

CooperSurgical in Livingston, NJ seeks a Laboratory Technician II to support reagent manufacturing, validation, and production transfer. You will perform routine lab and manufacturing tasks, adhere to procedures, and maintain accurate documentation.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure readiness and compliance in a GMP-like environment.

Qualifications

• Understanding of biochemical and molecular biology concepts (PCR, nucleic acids).
• Ability to follow procedures with high accuracy in controlled environments.
• Emphasis on proper documentation and GDP practices.

Responsibilities

• Execute SOPs and perform manufacturing tasks independently and timely.
• Perform reagent formulation, filling, labeling, and packaging per procedures.
• Carry out routine QC inspections and basic molecular biology tasks.
• Maintain records in compliance with GDP and company standards.
• Collaborate with QA, R&D, Engineering, and Operations to resolve issues.
