Job summary

ttg Talent Solutions is seeking motivated Associate Scientists to support formulation and analytical development for inhalation drug products in Coral Springs, FL. These are hands-on GMP-regulated lab roles demanding strong documentation and attention to detail.

Candidates will perform analytical testing (HPLC/UPLC/GC/UV/FTIR), develop formulations, manage data in Empower, prepare protocols and reports, and contribute to method transfer, validation, and CAPA investigations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on GMP laboratory experience required; academic-only work not eligible.
• Experience with chromatographic systems (HPLC/UPLC/GC) and analytical testing.
• Knowledge of GMP/GLP, USP, ICH, and FDA expectations.
• Experience with Empower data acquisition and reporting.
• GDP and deviation processes understanding.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and advanced analytical testing of materials, in-process, and finished products in GMP.
• Support the development of formulations for inhalation drug products (solutions, suspensions, propellant-based systems).
• Operate and troubleshoot analytical instruments including HPLC, UPLC, GC, UV, and FTIR; manage data through Empower software.
• Prepare and review protocols, reports, and SOPs per quality and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure documentation complies with GDP and data integrity standards.
• Participate in method transfer, verification, and validation activities.
