Job summary

Orano Med in Plano, TX is seeking an Equipment Technician to install qualification, maintain, repair, and manage equipment for GMP manufacturing and QC testing. You will calibrate daily and support cross-functional teams.

The role requires a BS in a science-related field and hands-on experience with analytical instruments, cGMP, and data integrity. It offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with analytical instruments such as balances, pipets, IR, UV, HPLC, MS and CE.
• Ability to work independently in a team-based setting and adapt to change.
• Strong written and verbal communication in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily calibration check of all production and laboratory equipment.
• Maintain equipment and water systems per written procedures.
• Use a wide variety of tools for repairs and maintenance.
• Schedule and accompany onsite calibration, qualification and repair.
• Perform internal calibration, qualification and repairs.
• Create SOPs, qualification protocols, and reports for new equipment.
