GMP CSV Engineer – Automation & BMS/EMS

Job summary

United Pharma in Lebanon, Indiana seeks an experienced C&Q Automation / CSV Engineer to support a major GMP capital program. You will qualify automatic process control systems (DeltaV, Rockwell or Siemens) and ensure they meet GMP requirements for a new manufacturing facility.

You will work with Automation, Engineering and QA to write and execute CSV/IOQ protocols, verify traceability, and uphold data integrity across systems during commissioning and qualification.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of C&Q or CSV experience in pharma or biotech GMP facilities.
• Hands-on experience with DCS/PLC or BMS/EMS platforms.
• Knowledge of GAMP 5, data integrity and risk-based validation.
• Greenfield experience and Kneat experience are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning and qualifying automated process control systems (DeltaV, Rockwell or Siemens).
• Qualifying building and environmental monitoring systems (BMS/EMS), such as Johnson Controls or Siemens Desigo.
• Writing and executing CSV and IOQ protocols, including traceability and data integrity checks.
• Working with Automation, Engineering and QA to bring systems to GMP standards.
