Job summary

UniFirst – UniClean Division in Hudson, NH seeks a Contamination Control Services Manager to lead operations at a designated customer site, ensuring GMP compliance, on-site leadership, and sustained performance.

As the CCS program grows, this role expands to multiple locations, develops site leadership, drives continuous improvement, and serves as the primary liaison among Operations, Quality, Safety, and Facilities. GDP/ALCOA training and rigorous documentation are integral.

Qualifications

• Leads CCS operations at customer sites in GMP environments.
• Ensures compliance with GDP/ALCOA and customer procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite leadership to stabilize CCS operations at assigned site.
• Lead all contamination control services to align with GMP and UniClean standards.
• Develop corrective action plans addressing staffing, training, scheduling, and documentation.
• Establish accountability and supervisor effectiveness until site leadership is solidified.
• Serve as primary operations point of contact for customer leadership and internal teams.
• Participate in audits, meetings, investigations, and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure proper training, gowning, and controlled-environment practices.
