Job summary

Manus Bio Inc. is seeking a self-motivated, highly organized GMP Technician to support the Fermentation department at our Augusta BioFacility.

The role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe work environment in a manufacturing setting and ensuring compliance with GMP, OSHA, and sanitation policies. The position involves cleaning production areas, restrooms, offices, and common spaces; managing janitorial supplies; operating cleaning equipment; and reporting sanitation concerns to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in janitorial, custodial, or sanitation work (manufacturing or industrial setting preferred).
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and OSHA safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of production areas, offices, break rooms, and restrooms.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors, surfaces, and high-touch areas.
• Remove trash and dispose of waste materials properly, following company and environmental regulations.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, OSHA, and company sanitation policies.
• Properly use and handle cleaning chemicals according to safety guidelines.
