Job summary

Spectralforce Technologies, Inc. in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a Housekeeping Cleaning Technician for the GMP areas within our Innovative Therapies program. You will perform facility cleaning under supervision, ensuring compliance with GMP and safety requirements.

Responsibilities include daily cleaning of GMP spaces, data documentation, waste handling, and coordination with the Facilities Manager. Onsite role with 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri, 4pm-12:30am.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years cleaning GMP areas.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to read and comprehend procedures.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to complete paperwork accurately.
• Ability to work safely around chemicals and equipment.
• Able to perform repetitive work.
• Experience with floor scrubbers, scissor lifts, and pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety procedures and protocols.
• Schedule work with Supervisor or Manager.
• Verify all work aligns with procedures.
• Attend SAP training for work order execution.
• Communicate nightly site activities to Supervisor or Manager.
• Maintain GMP supplies and inventory.
• Keep a professional attitude at all times.
• Clean GMP areas (ceilings, walls, floors, drains, stainless steel, windows).
• Complete documentation with Good Documentation Practices.
• Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Report quality or process issues to Supervisor.
• Complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Handle waste and recyclables per GMP.
