Job summary

TALENT Software Services seeks a skilled laboratory analyst to perform routine analytical testing in a GMP environment. You will document results for potent and non-potent drug substances, ensuring accuracy and traceability across dissolution, assay and identity testing.

The role involves contributing to investigations, root-cause analyses, and daily tier process activities while maintaining compliance with cGMP and cGLP standards.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering or other STEM related field.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement principles (e.g. 5S, Kaizen, Hoshin, Standard Work).
• Knowledge of regulatory, cGLP principals and cGMP principles.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications (word, excel, outlook).

Responsibilities

• Routine laboratory analytical testing and reporting of results.
• Documentation of potent and non-potent drug products and substances.
• Participation in laboratory investigations and tier process activities.
