Job summary
Biovire in Brighton, Michigan, is seeking a Calibration Lead to coordinate a large GMP calibration program across 500+ manufacturing, utility, and facility assets. This hands-on role supports calibration execution, compliance documentation, vendor coordination, and operational readiness at the Brighton site.
You will lead calibration activities, troubleshoot instrumentation and control systems, mentor technicians, and partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and Engineering to ensure
Qualifications
- 5+ years in calibration within regulated manufacturing environments.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- Experience coordinating calibration programs and third-party vendors.
- Experience leading technicians or SMEs in calibration.
- Experience with regulated calibration documentation and investigations.
Responsibilities
- Perform calibration, verification, adjustment, and testing on assets.
- Troubleshoot instrumentation, electrical, and control systems.
- Coordinate daily calibration activities across resources.
- Serve as site contact for calibration compliance and audits.
- Provide guidance on calibration standards and documentation.
