Job summary

BioLegend, Inc. seeks a results-driven Project Manager for our GMP bioprocessing group. You will own end-to-end projects from scoping and custom development through manufacturing and on-time delivery, coordinating across functions and aligning with customer needs.

This role offers broad exposure to CROs and biopharma customers, with opportunities to grow across the business based on interests and performance, while maintaining a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in life sciences.
• 5 years experience in R&D or manufacturing in biotechnology.
• Ph.D. in Life Sciences or Natural Sciences (preferred).
• Experience with CRM software (SalesForce) and ERP software.
• 2 years' experience with GMP/Bioprocessing practices.

Responsibilities

• Qualify incoming leads for custom GMP/bioprocessing queries from customers and field team.
• Track quotes and orders on CRM and ERP systems such as SalesForce and NAV Dynamics.
• Develop CPQ frameworks for pricing of custom projects.
• Provide timely responses to emails and phone calls to support customer needs.
• Communicate changes to project specifications with internal and external teams.
• Guide commercial and internal teams to streamline workflow and priorities.
• Run monthly reports on GMP projects and identify bottlenecks with proposed solutions.
• Promote a safe and compliant work environment.
• Contribute to other projects as needed to ensure project success.
