Job summary

Eurofins BPT- Advantar in San Diego, CA is seeking a Scientist for our Routine Testing team. The role involves performing analytical work under cGMP/GLP, assisting studies, and ensuring data quality with increasing independence.

The ideal candidate has biochemistry experience with HPLC/UPLC, LC/MS, CE, icIEF, Karl Fischer, UV/Vis or SoloVPE, plus familiarity with LIMS and Excel. US work authorization is required. Full-time, 8:00am-5:00pm, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry/biochemistry/biology/chemical engineering or related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree may substitute for the bachelor’s degree and experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting, monitoring and reporting studies to ensure data accuracy and report quality.
• Perform analytical work using a range of techniques and instruments with increasing independence.
• Work under cGMP and/or GLP guidelines for studies and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to teach and learn new skills.
