Job summary

Bose is seeking a General Manager & Programming leader for House of Sound in New York City. You will operate, curate, and elevate the space, delivering exceptional daily experiences while positioning House of Sound as a premier luxury destination.

You will build a dynamic calendar, recruit tastemakers, supervise the guest journey, and partner with Bose Creative to evolve storytelling and brand environments.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in luxury retail, hospitality, experiential, or cultural programming.
• Experience managing high-end spaces and event programming.
• Strong network to engage tastemakers and partners.
• Experience delivering VIP client experiences.
• Strong operational and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Bose Facilities to maintain functionality, aesthetics, and operational readiness.
• Develop and manage a dynamic programming calendar.
• Recruit tastemakers, cultural leaders, and luxury partners.
• Oversee hospitality team and guest journey.
• Host VIP visits, tours, and demonstrations.
• Track event effectiveness and sales influence.
• Represent House of Sound at external events.
• Coordinate with Product, Property Marketing, Activation, Training and Creative for alignment.
