Job summary

Hendrick Automotive Group is seeking a GM Master Certified Automotive Technician at Rick Hendrick City Chevrolet in Charlotte, NC. The role includes identifying vehicle service needs, performing repairs, and maintaining high standards of workmanship.

A $7,000 sign-on bonus is offered for qualified GM Master Certified Technicians with relocation assistance where applicable. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8 AM to 5 PM, with every 3rd Saturday.

Qualifications

• Must be Master Certified GM Technician or designated Master Technician by GM.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, manuals, and safety guidelines.
• Proven mechanical aptitude with knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify required vehicle services and perform repairs and maintenance.
• Document services performed and maintain accurate records.
• Order necessary parts and ensure repair work complies with dealership and manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and participate in required training.
• Commit to customer satisfaction and maintain CSI at or above standards.
