LaRiche Chevrolet Cadillac is hiring automotive technicians to perform oil changes, inspections and routine maintenance in a fast-paced shop. The role offers training opportunities, a growth-oriented environment and a schedule that excludes weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years Lube Technician experience preferred, but not necessary. We are willing to train the right individual.
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Be mechanically inclined
• Self-motivated and willing to take initiative
• Able to work without direct supervision
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Excellent customer service attitude and skill
• Strong commitment to safety
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs and handle physical tasks
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance
• Must have own tools
• Stand and work on feet for extended periods
• Able to tolerate temperature/humidity fluctuations
• Pass drug screen and background check
• Verifiable field experience
