Jerry.ai is seeking a high-potential manager-in-training to work directly with our Cofounder/CEO in Palo Alto. This role focuses on solving select, high-impact problems while you rotate across functions, gaining exposure to product, growth, operations, finance, engineering, and data.

You will learn to navigate a fast-growing, complex business and rapidly develop leadership skills. Successful graduates will have opportunities to lead initiatives and, eventually, own P&L for a business line.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting, venture capital, private equity, or a startup environment.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Ability to work in-person in our Palo Alto office alongside our CEO and executive team for the first 6-12 months.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with the Cofounder/CEO on high-leverage problems and strategic initiatives.
• Gain exposure to product, growth, operations, finance, engineering, and data functions.
• Prepare to own P&L for a business line in the future.
