Domino's Pizza is hiring immediately for a General Manager to join our team. We are seeking an active, motivated leader with pizza or equivalent experience in a fast-paced environment.

As a large franchise, we offer growth opportunities across stores of various sizes and locations. You will manage store operations, supervise team members, greet customers, handle orders, and ensure strict adherence to recipes, pacing, and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Eligible candidates must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation and a valid license, registration and insurance.
• Strong customer service mindset with a professional demeanor and a friendly attitude.
• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant or pizza delivery environment is favorable.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during your shift.
• Responsible for all store operations.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Operate the cash register and collect payment.
• Prepare products accurately following recipes and portion sizes.
• Deliver products safely from store to customer.
• Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance per standards.
