• Directs day-to-day Drug Department operations and ensures standards.
• Implements policies, controls shrink, and policy compliance.
• Manages inventory and reclamation, back room and drug areas.
• Oversees receiving, stocking, pricing, and merchandising.
• Monitors sales, purchases, and labor reporting.
• Schedules personnel to ensure adequate coverage.
• Monitors performance and recommends personnel actions.
• Communicates sales goals and opportunities to staff.
• Attends required trainings and meetings.
• Builds positive associate morale and maintains confidentiality.
• Complies with company policies and integrity requirements.
