Marcus Hotels & Resorts seeks a dynamic General Manager for the Hilton Bloomington to deliver operational excellence and memorable guest experiences. Lead a high‑performing team, drive financial success, and strengthen the hotel's community presence in Bloomington.

You will champion the strategic vision, empower associates, and guide revenue and sales initiatives across departments, while maintaining brand standards and a strong culture.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Hotel General Manager or similar leadership role within a full-service hotel environment.
• Experience in branded or non-branded properties; Hilton brand experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred though not required.

Responsibilities

• Champion the hotel's strategic vision and lead execution through planning and decisive leadership.
• Empower associates to deliver outstanding guest service and personalize care.
• Partner with the community to enhance the hotel's local presence and impact.
• Ensure financial performance with accurate forecasts and staffing decisions.
• Lead revenue initiatives and guide Commercial Team to adapt to market trends.
• Engage in sales through property tours, presentations, and client meetings.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and development across departments.
• Provide ongoing support to create a respectful, productive work environment.
