Jerry.ai is seeking a General Manager to lead one of its new businesses from Palo Alto. You will own the P&L, set the strategy, and drive product development, customer growth, partnerships, and operations, reporting directly to the Cofounder/CEO.

You may lead a small team (1–2 people) initially and must be able to work in-person at the Palo Alto office with the executive team. This is a high-ownership role with equity potential and a strong growth trajectory.

About The Role

Our next chapter is about accelerating growth, from 5M to 50M customers by 2030.

This year alone, we launched 5 new products: home insurance, property tax, motorcycle insurance, car repair shop bids, and roadside assistance, among others within car and home ownership categories currently incubating. Each of these new businesses comes with its own operational complexity, distinct customer pain points, and its own path to scale.

We are looking for a General Manager to lead one of these new businesses. Reporting directly to our Cofounder/CEO, you will own the P&L, set the strategy, and be accountable for everything from product development, customer growth, partnerships, and operations. Depending on which product line, you may also lead a small team (1-2 people to start).

Compensation

This position offers base salary and stock options. The base salary for this position within the San Francisco Bay Area is $200,000— $250,000 USD, but we can be flexible based on your prior experience and appropriate job levelling. We also offer comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, paid parental leave, 401(K) plan with 4% employer matching, and wellness benefits, among others.

Location

This role is based in our Palo Alto office, 2-3 days a week.

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed on this job posting, determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, the compensation may include opportunities for equity grants.
