Qualifications

• Retail or general merchandise operations experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Drug and GM departments focusing on service, merchandising, and in‑stock conditions.
• Execute planograms, resets, promos, and seasonal transitions on time.
• Maintain clean, organized sales floor and backroom.
• Manage ordering, inventory levels, cycle counts, and shrink control.
• Monitor sales trends and movements to support ordering.
• Ensure compliance with safety, programs, and procedures.
• Assist customers with questions and promotions.
• Provide daily direction, scheduling, training, and coaching to associates.
