Bowser Chevrolet of Monroeville is seeking an experienced GM Certified Technician to join a high-performing service team. You will diagnose and repair Chevrolet and GM vehicles, using GM diagnostic tools while delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• GM Certified Technician credentials are required.
• Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting abilities are essential.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, inspect, repair, and maintain Chevrolet and GM vehicles per manufacturer standards.
• Perform routine maintenance, warranty repairs, and advanced diagnostics.
• Use GM diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve issues.
• Complete repair orders accurately while meeting quality and productivity standards.
• Perform multi-point inspections and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors to communicate repair status.
• Maintain current GM certifications and complete factory training.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Assist with other service department duties as needed.
