Job summary

Bowser Chevrolet of Monroeville is seeking an experienced GM Certified Technician to join our high-performing service team in Monroeville, PA. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain Chevrolet and GM vehicles, perform complex diagnostics, and support service advisors with clear, timely updates.

The role requires current GM certification, strong diagnostic skills, and a proven track record in a dealership setting. A valid PA inspection license and driving record are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current GM Certified Technician credentials required.
• Experience in a dealership environment preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, inspect, repair, and maintain GM vehicles per manufacturer standards.
• Perform routine maintenance, warranty repairs, and advanced diagnostics.
• Utilize GM diagnostic equipment and service information to identify and resolve concerns.
• Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently while meeting quality standards.
• Perform multi-point inspections and recommend necessary maintenance.
• Work with Service Advisors to communicate repair status.
• Maintain current GM certifications and complete required training.
• Follow safety policies and state regulations.
