Knudtsen Chevrolet in Post Falls, ID is seeking Automotive Service Technicians at multiple experience levels to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to GM standards. You will work with service advisors and parts personnel, document findings, and perform road tests to verify repairs.

Formación

• Experience as a Service Technician, Diesel Technician, Transmission Technician, or similar automotive role preferred.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair vehicles according to GM and dealership standards.
• Perform inspections and identify additional maintenance or safety concerns.
• Accurately document diagnostics, repairs, and recommendations.
• Communicate repair needs, timelines, and updates with service advisors.
• Road test vehicles to verify concerns and completed repairs.
• Coordinate with Parts Department to secure needed parts.
• Utilize TruVideo to document inspections and explain repair recommendations.
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Maintain customer vehicle cleanliness and care throughout the repair process.
• Stay current with manufacturer training, technical bulletins, and evolving technology.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain an organized work area.
• Support team success through collaboration and additional duties as needed.
