Job summary

Advatix LATAM in Sturgis, Michigan is hiring a Gluing Feeder-Catcher to support the folder-gluer production process. You will be responsible for feeding carton blanks into the gluing equipment, packing finished cartons, and ensuring quality checks are performed to meet specifications.

This position requires attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment. Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing, packaging, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift, move, and stack cartons up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Feed die-cut carton blanks into folder-gluer equipment safely.
• Inspect finished cartons for defects and notify supervisors.
• Assist the Gluing Machine Operator during setup and changes.
