Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking a Data Review / Laboratory Technician to support GLP-compliant data handling and study documentation. The role involves reviewing paper and electronic data, verifying entries, and coordinating corrections with laboratory staff.

Responsibilities include archiving records, assisting in form/document revisions, supporting routine lab activities, and ensuring compliance with GLP/SOP standards. High attention to detail and strong Excel/Word skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of GLP and SOP requirements for study data documentation and review.
• Ability to review paper and electronic laboratory/study records for accuracy and completeness.
• Basic understanding of scientific data collection, documentation, and correction practices.

Responsibilities

• Review paper and electronic study data for completeness, accuracy, and GLP/SOP compliance.
• Verify data entries, corrections, forms, and electronic records against procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Identify data discrepancies and coordinate corrections with operational staff.
• Interact with Scientists, QA, and department personnel regarding study data and documentation issues.
• Archive, collate, organize, and maintain completed study records and documentation.
• Assist with preparation and revision of department forms and data-review documentation.
• Support basic laboratory activities, including inventory management, consumables/reagent handling, equipment operation, and routine laboratory documentation.
• Perform work in accordance with GLP regulations and SOPs.
