Job summary

Samsung SDS America in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Director, WMS Solution Architecture to lead global WMS architecture and transformation from SAP WM to Cello WMS, delivering scalable, reliable warehouse solutions across worldwide operations.

You will partner with customers, executives, IT, and partners to set technology strategy, establish standards, and mentor a global team of architects and consultants while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years in WMS, warehouse management, or logistics technology.
• Experience leading global WMS transformation initiatives and architecture roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and integration technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the WMS solution architecture and strategy for global warehouse ops.
• Oversee WMS development, testing, deployment, and go-live.
• Guide integration from SAP WM to Cello WMS with APIs, XML, IDOC/EDI.
• Define standards, governance, and continuous improvement for WMS.
• Lead and mentor architects and coordinate with customers and partners.
• Communicate strategy and risks to senior leadership.
