Meet Life Sciences is seeking a Global Digital Program Manager to lead a large-scale Global Website Redesign Program, coordinating web development, UX, content, and Agile delivery across regions. The role requires exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication to align priorities with business strategy.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of program management experience in the medical device sector and a proven track record of delivering complex digital transformation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years of program management experience leading complex enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Experience in medical device industry is required.
- Experience managing global digital transformation, website, or CX programs.
- Ability to develop integrated program plans, schedules, dependencies, and executive reporting.
- Experience coordinating Agile teams, ARTs, PI Planning, and release-based delivery.
- Strong risk, issue, and change management capabilities.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across Product, Technology, Marketing, Content, UX, and Operations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise-wide digital initiatives across web development, UX, content, and Agile delivery.
- Lead a large-scale global website redesign program supporting multi-country launches.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage executive-level communications.
- Influence priorities and timelines across multiple business functions.
