Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Warehouse and Logistics Security Systems to design, standardize, and implement physical security across Google’s global warehouse footprint. You will lead cross-functional teams to plan requirements, manage schedules, and coordinate with internal partners and external integrators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, security management, or business field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience managing physical security technology projects from design through deployment and commissioning.
• 3 years of experience in technical program management, leading cross-functional teams in a global or regional environment, specifically within logistics, warehousing, or industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Author detailed security design templates and maintain physical security technical specifications to ensure warehouse tiers comply with Google's asset protection standards.
• Oversee physical security construction from inception to completion, coordinating safeguarding measures and permanent system deployments with site teams.
• Support vendor bidding, producing technical specifications, running RFPs, and awarding agreements, including site walks and testing.
