Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of experience in crypto, fintech, financial services, or financial infrastructure.
• Deep technical and strategic knowledge of blockchain, distributed ledger technologies, decentralized finance.
• Proven experience designing and scaling product risk, compliance, and security programs.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve product security and risk strategy across jurisdictions.
• Embed security and compliance in product design.
• Monitor AML, payments, cybersecurity, and digital asset regulations.
