Job summary

EnerMech is seeking a Vice President – Offshore Process Services to lead strategic direction, operations, and commercial growth of the global Offshore Process Services business.

This role reports to the Executive Leadership Team and drives safety, profitability, and performance across offshore pre-commissioning, commissioning, leak testing, nitrogen services, chemical cleaning, and related integrity solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 15+ years in offshore process services or similar energy sectors.
• Proven P&L and multi-regional operations experience.
• Strong commercial acumen with business development and negotiations.
• Ability to lead large teams and offshore projects safely and profitably.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global Offshore Process Services strategy aligned with EnerMech’s growth objectives.
• Deliver revenue, profitability, cash flow, and operational targets.
• Lead business development and strengthen relationships with operators and EPC contractors.
• Maintain forecasting, budgeting, and financial governance.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across regions.
• Ensure safe, compliant, high-quality project delivery and strong HSE culture.
• Support major tenders, commercial negotiations, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Manage risks across the business line.
• Develop high-performing teams and leadership capability.
• Promote collaboration across EnerMech lines to maximise customer value.
