Job summary

Fossil Group seeks a full-time Corporate Visual Merchandising Manager with 3–5+ years in visual merchandising and leadership. You will drive global brand standards, create high-impact floor sets, and manage cross-functional collaboration to turn design into sales growth.

The role is onsite with in-office Mon–Thu and remote on Fridays, offering hybrid flexibility and opportunities to lead multi-category presentations across watches, jewelry, and leather goods.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in visual merchandising leadership with track record
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
• Proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign required
• Experience with fashion retail visuals a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end visual merchandising process and in-store/window presentations.
• Own presentation across product categories and manage sample pipelines.
• Develop and execute visual guidelines and global directives.
• Coordinate with Brand, Marketing, Procurement, and Creative teams.
• Align with Store Operations and Field teams for flawless execution.
• Translate trends into floor layouts to maximize performance.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Travel for store openings and setups; stand and lift props.
