Job summary

ManTech seeks a motivated Trainer and Maintainer Specialist to join our vehicle sustainment team at Fort Hood, Texas. The selected candidate will provide logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the ALECS program.

Responsibilities include designing courses, developing curriculum and materials for technical training, coordinating classes, and evaluating training effectiveness. US citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance are required; travel up to 25% will

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or a high school diploma with 10+ years.
• Completed Army Instructor training courses (ABIC/ATRRS or TRADOC equivalent) or civilian certification.
• Knowledgeable about M1150 ABV and M1074 Joint platforms for podium instruction.
• Wrecker instructor certification: Class A CDL and related certifications or three years of wrecker experience.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and hold a valid driver's license.
• Up to 25% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct training and development programs to improve performance.
• Develop course curriculum and training modules for technical programs.
• Coordinate class logistics, conduct training, and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Assess training material needs and update content accordingly.
• Keep abreast of IT training trends and new materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
