Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join our vehicle sustainment team in Hanahan, SC. The selected candidate will provide maintenance support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the ALECS program.

Responsibilities include assisting senior QA staff, developing QA programs, conducting inspections, and preparing corrective action plans. US citizenship and secret clearance are required, with ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Ten years of quality assurance experience.
• Experience providing administrative support to a contract, project, or task.
• Experience preparing and managing correspondence, reports, schedules, calendars, file systems, and databases.
• Knowledge and experience with Quality Management Systems; auditing internal policies/procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist more senior QA positions and/or perform functions under oversight.
• Facilitate development of a QA program and oversee inspections and corrective action plans.
• Perform QA for all work in assigned mission areas; inspect work and record observations.
• Prepare corrective action plans based on data and reports.
• Submit recommendations for training to improve quality control processes or skills.
