Job summary

Join Tetra Pak as an Upgrades Senior Project Manager to lead complex system upgrade projects across the U.S. and Canada. You will own the project from quotation to delivery, manage scope, budget, risks, and stakeholders, and ensure safe, profitable execution.

Travel up to 25% to customer sites; base locations include Winsted, MN; Vernon Hills, IL; or Denton, TX. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years in combined Process Engineering and Project Management experience.
• At least 2 years’ experience as a Project Manager for Upgrades projects.
• Demonstrable leadership and strong communication skills.
• Experience in budgeting, quotations, and project planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead scope definition, budgeting and control of project results.
• Manage issue resolution and scope changes for Upgrades projects.
• Identify and manage project risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate stakeholder communication and reporting on progress and KPIs.
• Lead use of global processes, tools, guidelines and templates.
• Organize the project team and define roles for efficient collaboration.
• Contribute to team competence development and continuous improvement.
• Produce quotations and proposals with the key account team.
