The role drives portfolio performance, ensures flawless execution, and steers cross-functional collaboration to meet strategic objectives.

The position requires deep program management expertise, experience with DoD/foreign military programs, and willingness to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• Experience managing DoD/Foreign Military Sales or Direct Commercial Sales programs.
• Proven ability to build, grow, and lead a program team.
• Strong expertise in project and program management disciplines.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
• Able to maintain long-term focus on business objectives.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of program managers for UAV systems and DCS contracts.
• Manage program portfolio to meet or exceed annual operating plan objectives.
• Deliver reliable performance through effective execution and leadership.
• Codify processes to enable collaboration across stakeholders and teams.
• Balance cost, schedule, and technical priorities across programs.
• Identify bottlenecks and accelerate schedules while mitigating risks.
• Oversee customer relationships and escalate issues as needed.
• Drive budget/resource reporting and milestone tracking.
