Qualifications

• Experience summarizing legal or policy documents for technical or executive audiences
• Knowledge of international relations theories, global governance structures, and multilateral negotiation processes
• Ability to interpret treaty language, obligations, and compliance requirements
• Security clearance TS/SCI required
