Job summary

Logitech is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead global cash management, FX risk oversight, and enterprise risk management within its corporate treasury team. You will drive capital optimization, hedging strategies, and insurance programs to protect assets and enable innovation.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, automation, and collaboration across Finance, Legal, HR, and Operations. Hybrid work is supported, with a focus on strategic capital planning and protecting shareholder

Qualifications

• Data storytelling translates complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, FX derivatives, and risk modeling (VaR).
• Proficiency in modern Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and data visualization tools.
• Ability to influence across Treasury, Supply Chain, Operations, Legal, and HR.
• Proven track record with multi-currency cash flows and corporate hedging programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Logitech’s global cash management, liquidity, and forecasting.
• Design and refine FX hedging strategies to protect margins.
• Coordinate with credit rating agencies for annual reviews and monitoring.
• Interface with HR/Legal on equity and ESPP workflows; manage share buybacks and repatriation.
• Lead enterprise risk management and insurance portfolio renewal processes.
