Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of treasury experience or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience leading junior treasury team members
• Experience socializing and implementing BCP/BIA processes and planning
• Maintain and optimize Treasury Workstation usage and upgrades
• Identify automation initiatives for daily operations efficiency
• Collaborate with Risk and Compliance for regulatory/licensing compliance

Responsibilities

• Own key treasury processes such as cash management and FX risk management.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve cash management issues.
• Lead junior treasury team members for growth and development.
• Institute and socialize BCP/BIA processes and planning.
• Maintain Treasury Workstation usage, testing, and upgrades.
• Integrate acquisitions and standardize policies across the organization.
• Oversee intercompany loans and other treasury policies.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Risk and Compliance teams for regulatory compliance.
