Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead global treasury activities, including cash management, investments, and banking relationships. You will collaborate with international teams, forecast cash flows, and drive treasury policy across the organization.

The role requires strong Excel and financial analysis skills and prior leadership experience. Based in Pullman, WA, SEL is 100% employee-owned with ESOP and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in corporate treasury, banking, finance, or related field.
• Experience leading or supervising others.
• Experience managing cash flow, investments and banking relationships.
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop treasury policies and procedures approved by the SEL Board.
• Manage global cash positioning, liquidity, and investment activities.
• Develop cash flow forecasts and analyze worldwide cash balances.
• Monitor economic conditions, interest rates, and currency exposures.
• Manage relationships with banking partners and financial institutions worldwide.
• Collaborate with regional finance teams for treasury compliance.
• Prepare treasury analyses, forecasts, and reports for executives.
• Lead treasury-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supervise and develop a small treasury staff.
