Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Economics, or Business preferred).
• Advanced degree or financial certifications (CTP, CFA, MBA) a plus.
• 4–5 years in finance roles in multinational or financial institutions; 2–3 years in Corporate Treasury or Global Banking/Financial Markets.
• Strong critical thinking, problem‑solving, and process‑orientation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-border cash movements and repatriation in collaboration with Tax, Legal, Accounting, and Capital Management teams.
• Partner with Corporate Treasury teams on global cash optimization aligned to enterprise liquidity goals.
• Identify opportunities for redeployment of excess cash through loans, pooling strategies, and optimized local investments while maintaining liquidity and minimizing risk.
• Assess and mitigate risks in global operations related to FX exposure, interest rate volatility, capital controls, governance, and banking stability.
• Support M&A transaction funding and post‑acquisition treasury integration with International Treasury Services Directors.
• Ensure governance and DAO adherence; advise senior treasury leadership on sensitive transactions.
• Monitor country-level financial, economic, and regulatory trends to identify risks and opportunities.
