Job summary

You will work on regional treasury operations, report to senior leadership including CFO and SVP teams, and gain hands-on experience in cash management and automation

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Students entering their Junior, Senior, or Master's program at the start of the upcoming academic term.
• Interest in treasury, banking, corporate finance, or cash management.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze and organize financial data.
• Interest in automation, process improvements, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, global team environment.
• GPA of 3.0 or above (transcript verification).
• Ability to perform work onsite at Franklin, TN.

Responsibilities

• Support cash flow forecasting activities and process improvements across multiple regions.
• Analyze forecasting accuracy metrics and identify reporting improvements.
• Assist with cash management dashboard enhancements and automation projects.
• Support bank account management activities and documentation.
• Conduct bank fee analysis to identify cost savings opportunities.
