Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Treasury Analyst with 2–5 years in corporate cash management to run global treasury operations in a high-volume, multi-currency environment. You will manage daily cash positioning, wire transfers, intercompany funding, and FX settlements while supporting the Treasury Management System implementation and SOPs.

You will ensure precision and control, handle bank portal administration, KYC, and user access, and support SOX controls within a fast-growing defense tech

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of progressive hands-on experience in corporate treasury operations, cash positioning, or commercial banking.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, standard formulas, pivot tables).
• Experience navigating and initiating transactions within global banking portals.
• Hands-on experience with treasury management systems (FIS, GTreasury/Ripple, Kyriba, or similar); familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion, SAP, or similar) is a plus.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute daily global cash positioning across entities and multiple currencies
• Prepare and initiate daily domestic and international wire transfers, ACH payments, and intercompany funding movements
• Process multi-currency notional cash pooling and FX trade settlements
• Act as the primary processor for corporate debt/revolver drawdowns, interest payments, and short-term yield investments
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and coordinate cash application with Accounting
• Support the compilation and variance analysis of the short-term cash flow forecast
• Maintain global bank account inventory and support account opening/closing workflows
• Coordinate KYC documentation and bank signer updates
• Manage user access across banking platforms
• Partner with teams on Treasury Management System implementation
• Manage Bloomberg terminal maintenance and user administration
• Maintain SOPs for daily cash operations and banking configurations
• Support SOX and internal-control walkthroughs and testing
